I am thoroughly enjoying this book. While I thought I was getting more of a cookbook, this book is designed to get you to consider not only your food consumption and its implications, but to think of the term consumption in larger terms. It is an inspiring book that I will be keeping close for a long time to come. Balanced, wise advice throughout and of course a nice primer on Ayurvedic ideas!

I have several books on Ayurveda. This one is very easy to read and understand. I purchased this after listening to a talk given by Myra Lewin on Banyan Botanicals site. I was not disappointed.

This book is easy to read. The explanations are gentle and wise. I have tried many of the recipes and have checked out her website. Anyone who wants to have better digestion, will benefit from her wisdom.
